![]() With slow text, the game would be more boring. Occasionally I feel like it pops up too fast and I press A so early that I end up missing what the villager was trying to say. Another immediate improvement over Harvest Moon DS is that the text scrolls much faster, like it SHOULD. At least the game lets you use the buttons and Control Pad to name things if you so choose. I just don’t have the time to spend 60 hours on a save file anymore, so cheats are a godsend for me.This game reminds me of Magical Melody a little with the character designs and 3D graphics, but it’s got two major problems that are a constant annoyance the tool upgrade system, and the new weather system. i’ve also used cheats to turn off idle animations, make my character move faster, and stop time. Typically the only cheat i use from the beginning is unlimited stamina- this way i can freely play as i want. ![]() so instead of tossing away the games… i use cheats. they’re slow, my character is extremely restricted in what they can do because of low stamina/money/rucksack space, i am constantly getting lost on the map, and in the case of games like Island of Happiness, i don’t even have all of my romance options laid out until weeks in. However, i’ve found in my busy adulthood that the opening segments of these games always drive me crazy. i’m currently playing Magical Melody and IoH, as well as replaying DS Cute for the nth time. I love the Bokumono games, immensely so, and recently i’ve been going back in the catalog to try and play the games i didn’t play as a kid.
